Susan Kim
Is a Certified Canadian Counsellor and has been working as a counsellor in Ottawa in private practice since the winter of 2007. She completed her graduate training in counselling at Saint Paul University and was an intern at the Centre for Treatment of Sexual Abuse and Childhood Trauma.
Susan is trained in a broad range of therapeutic modalities such as psychodyamic (interpersonal, attachment), cognitive behavioral, narrative, sandtray, EMDR. She works collaboratively with clients to develop a treatment plan, based on their needs and goals and firmly believes that stability - achieved through the management and care of symptoms - is a fundamental first step in reaching many people's goal of a happier life.
